His studies on cryptobiosis (Hidden life) have contributed immensely to understanding of how literally a state between life and death is sustained. His expertise in cell biology, biochemistry, metabolomics and lipidomics, documented in many high-ranking journal publications, is the scientific basis for Dzala.

Holds a degree in architecture and urban planning and has a proven track record as a serial entrepreneur. As pioneer of Independent Georgia’s business development, he established several successful companies in different business fields (Building, Design, Hospitality Industry and Tourism). For few years he served as a head of Georgia’s Tourism Administration. His strategic and marketing expertise is complemented by a strong business network in Georgia, the Caucasian region and internationally

Holds a degree in physics and worked several years as researcher in state institutes. As founder and partner, he contributed his skills and energy in various business fields of Georgia, such as Banking, Natural Resources, Agriculture, Tourism and Energy Sector. Presided as board member in some of them, he is also holding top executive positions in successful European-Georgian joint ventures of Agriculture and Energy businesses.

Holds a degree in Business Administration, with an extensive working experience as a high-level executive and production manager in various pharmaceutical and biotech businesses, mainly spinoffs of world known Eliava Institute of Bacteriophages. Apart of it, as owner of hotel in popular Ski Resort, he also represents successful business case in hospitality industry of Georgia.
